Motorhomes - are there enough facilities?

I have recently been asked whether Fife has enough facilities for Motorhomes. i.e. where they can spend the night top up water, empty waste etc. Do you know about these facilities across Fife? I am aware of a number of holiday parks but not specifically where motorhomes can park for the night safely.
