This event compliments the 'Introduction to Social Media' workshops, designed specifically for tourism businesses. This is the next step - doing it.

Admission: £40

Venue: Carnegie Conference Centre, Halbeath Road, Dunfermline KY11 8DY

This workshop is all about putting the theory into practice. Feel more confident using Social Media - make 2012 the year you jump right in and see the benefits from new way to engage with your customers.

During this half day session, working in a small group with a tutor, you will learn how to:

  • Create a Facebook page for your business
  • Set up a business Twitter account
  • Manage your Trip Advisor listing
  • Measure and analyse your social media activity

Delegates will be provided with PCs and internet access at this event. Joining instructions will include details of and items delegates ought to bring with them to the workshop (images, logos etc for your business).

If you employ under 150 people, you may be eligible for a grant for 50 percent of the costs of this training for each of your employees.
