Managing People for Growth is a programme of workshops designed to help organisations maximise the potential of their people managers, to allow them to become fully effective and to give them the tools and attitudes to continue that development throughout their career.

The Managing People for Growth programme is designed to be of value to a wide range of people, including new managers, more experienced managers who have had little or no formal management training, or as a refresher for already trained managers.
Managing People for Growth is designed to help organisations maximise the potential of their people managers, by enabling them to become fully effective and to give them the tools and attitudes to continue to develop throughout their career.
The Managing People for Growth programme has four key elements.
Element 1 - Personal development plan
Purpose: To clarify development priorities
Element 2 - Core workshops
Purpose: To provide new ideas and information to address development priorities
Element 3 - Enhanced workshops
Purpose: Building on the core workshops to develop a deeper understanding of the people management role

Element 4 - Optional review
Purpose: To review progress made, celebrate success, and identify additional development needs
